There is a perception of safety in being the same and doing what others do. However, there are real benefits in being different, disruptive even. It's a leap of faith to change, to take a new path, to dare to try something new, but only by taking it do you get the rewards.
An organisation's training programme is likely to be updated or expanded when specific issues arise - it's reactive in its evolution. However, taking the time to step back and review what the training needs are, and how training is delivered, provides an opportunity to make real improvements for the whole organisation.
